The Women's Section
is a group of dedicated women who raise funds for ex-service
charities. We do so by holding a bingo every 3rd Thursday, a
whist drive every 2nd Monday and have a weekly bonus ball.
We hold monthly
meetings, which are well attended by our members.
Some of the other
things we've done to raise funds is a sponsored walk, pub quiz,
Sales of Work, and a silent auction.
Our membership now
stands at around 30 and we are always looking for new members.
